THE PEOPLE WHO HOLD THE SPACE

Two distinct paths.
One shared intention.

Rahao Foundation is led by Avneet Kaur and Jasjit Singh. Their work meets where contemplative inquiry, embodied practice, compassionate relationship and everyday living come together.

RAHAO · PAUSE TO HEAL

Facilitation is not about fixing people. It is about creating the conditions in which awareness, safety and inner movement become possible.

HOW THE WORK COMES TOGETHER

Contemplative depth meets
embodied experience.

Avneet and Jasjit do not offer two separate halves of a program. They shape one coherent journey—moving between reflection and direct experience, stillness and expression, inner awareness and relationship.

01

Inquiry & inner listening

Reflective dialogue, meditation and compassionate inquiry help participants recognise what is happening beneath habitual responses.

02

Body & nervous-system awareness

Breath, movement, grounding and sensory practices support regulation, presence and a more trusting relationship with the body.

03

Sound, stillness & vibration

Sound, raag, chanting and silence create non-verbal doorways into rest, expression, attention and connection.

04

Relationship & integration

Sharing, listening and practical reflection help participants carry what they experience into relationships, choices and daily life.

AVNEET KAUR

Avneet Kaur

Founder · Dhyanfulness Life Coach · Meditation Practitioner

Creating spaces where people can slow down, feel seen and reconnect with their own inner knowing.

Avneet Kaur has spent more than two decades working with meditation, reflective inquiry and human development. Her facilitation is quiet, direct and relational—helping people notice the patterns, emotions and beliefs shaping their experience without judgement or pressure.

At Rahao, Avneet designs and leads retreats, courses, parent and youth programs, school experiences and personal guidance journeys. She brings contemplative wisdom into ordinary life, supporting emotional clarity, self-trust, compassionate relationships and a more conscious way of living.

The purpose of a held space is not to give people answers. It is to help them hear what is already true within them.

JASJIT SINGH

Jasjit Singh

Founder · Mind–Body & Sound Wellness Practitioner

Using sound, breath, body awareness and daily living practices to support regulation, expression and embodied presence.

Jasjit Singh’s work is rooted in the understanding that wellbeing cannot remain only intellectual. Through sound wellness, conscious breathing, meditation, qigong and body-based awareness, he helps participants experience calm, release, vitality and connection directly through the body.

His wider practice also draws from Compassionate Inquiry, food as medicine, naturopathy and homoeopathy. At Rahao, he facilitates sound journeys, breath and body sessions, retreats, wellbeing courses and personal mind–body support, weaving traditional practices with practical care for modern life.

When the body begins to feel safe, what was held tightly can soften—and a deeper intelligence becomes available.

HOW WE HOLD SPACE

You remain the centre of your own journey.

Rahao is not built around performance, hierarchy or pressure to disclose. The role of a facilitator is to offer presence, structure, responsible guidance and room for each person to meet their own experience.

01

No forced sharing

Silence, observation and participation at your own pace are respected parts of the process.

02

No one-size-fits-all process

Practices are adapted to age, context, readiness, intention and the needs of the people present.

03

Boundaries and choice matter

Participants are invited—not pushed—to explore, express, pause, modify or step back.

04

Integration beyond the session

Experiences are connected to relationships, habits, choices and practical ways of living.

05

Clear and responsible scope

Rahao supports wellbeing and self-exploration. It does not replace medical or mental-health care when specialised support is needed.

THE WIDER RAHAO CIRCLE

The work is held
by more than two people.

Depending on the experience, Rahao collaborates with educators, artists, musicians, movement and adventure professionals, nature facilitators, wellbeing practitioners, local teams and volunteers. Each collaboration is chosen for its relevance, care and fit with the people being served.

The people supporting a particular program are introduced through its event information.
