Program-specific terms
The refund, cancellation and transfer terms shown on an event or registration page apply to that program and should be reviewed before payment.
Participant cancellation
Where a contribution is described as non-refundable, Rahao is not ordinarily required to refund it after registration. When a transfer, credit or replacement participant may be considered, this remains subject to the program’s timing, costs, eligibility and Rahao’s written approval.
Non-attendance
Missing part or all of an experience does not automatically create a refund or credit.
Changes by Rahao
Rahao may reasonably change a facilitator, session sequence, venue, timing or delivery format. If Rahao cancels an experience entirely, it should communicate the available refund, credit or rescheduling process for amounts paid directly to Rahao.
External costs
Unless Rahao explicitly agrees otherwise, participants remain responsible for travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and other external costs.
Payment processing
Bank, gateway or currency-processing timelines and charges may affect the amount and timing of a refund.
Requesting review
Send the participant name, program, payment reference and reason for the request to Rahao. No exception is confirmed until provided in writing.
