The Vibration
of Safety.
Learn to work with sound—not just as an instrument of relaxation, but as a practice of listening, presence and responsible facilitation.
Small group of 10 · 6 places currently available*It isn’t only about the sound. It’s about the person receiving it.
Learning to play an instrument is a skill. Learning to hold space for another human being is another.
A sound bath can offer a welcome pause, sensory rest and relaxation. But not every response to sound is simple or predictable. A session may also bring awareness to emotions, sensations, familiar patterns or discomfort.
At Rahao, deeper facilitation means learning to notice the person’s response, work within their capacity, offer meaningful choice, adjust the sound or pause—and support an unhurried return to the present.
The aim is never to force catharsis or promise trauma release. The training emphasises informed consent, responsive pacing, reflective practice, appropriate boundaries and knowing when to refer someone for specialised care.
This is a wellness facilitation training, not a licence to diagnose or treat trauma or mental-health conditions.
Beyond technique.
Towards understanding.
The training draws on Rahao’s seven-part curriculum, combining body awareness, sound craft, nervous-system literacy and hands-on practice.
The Listening Body
Explore sound, sensing, embodied awareness, silence and the quality of your own presence.
The Nervous System
Recognise varied responses to sound and practise supportive, choice-based adjustments.
Deeper Maps
Explore reflective frameworks for inner experiences while respecting their scientific limits.
Sound, Brain & Body
Understand fundamentals of acoustics, hearing, sound levels and responsible claims.
Instruments & Dosage
Practise instrument choice, timing, volume, distance, sequencing and intentional silence.
The Rahao Method
Learn the full arc of a session: Anchor, optional Journey, and complete Return.
Safety & Living Practice
Work with ethics, consent, aftercare, supervised facilitation and reflective feedback.
Anchor. Journey. Return.
Not a formula for provoking emotional release—a responsive way to hold a complete experience.
Anchor
Establish orientation, choice, predictability and a supportive foundation.
Journey
Offer an optional, carefully paced exploration of sound and inner experience.
Return
Reconnect to the present, allow settling and support integration.
Begin your practice—or deepen the one you already hold.
