I have not been able to connect so well to anyone as I could feel the connection with you Avneet ji .Thank you so much for giving that comfort. My son Agam is also doing Rahao kids with you . I am amazed to see your energy and the way you are imparting positive skills in them. I am one blessed person who came across your Akal talks , I was so impressed with your teachings and eventually learned about Rahao through it .I look forward to attend all your sessions and also do sewa in anyway I am able to. I was recommended RAHAO by a very close friend and it is one of the most insightful courses I’ve ever come across. The combination of Psychology and teachings from The Bani was an amazing approach of teaching mindfulness which made each session a wonderful learning experience for me. Being a student of psychology, I did study a lot concepts that were touched upon in the course. But RAHAO has helped me to understand these same concepts with a fresh perspective and gradually, I can see that my level of introspection is increasing. Now, I feel that the importance of self awareness has been completely reinforced with me.

Review from my side as I had be an attendee along with my partner.Was very much casual to join initially but once I started attending it is totally changeover trust me it gave certain insites in Life which I was just not thinking on and was resulting in conflicts in married life .IT is so much thoughtfull to think on things after joining the course which otherwise we always would not have ever ever thought about. Post the course me and partner are feeling blessed and really implementing and working on the teaching and learnings with grace of God life has become so much smooth and sailing and loving off course.Thanks to the person who had connected me to the RAHAO session and we both are never leaving the teaching and joining further sessions also.

The course is so enriching. So full of spiritual teachings and in such an easy to understand and easy to relate manner !
Learnings of ignite camps , rahao sessions all add up.
By the end of these sessions, I am content that my understanding of application of sikhi, the living in sikhi has become much better than what I came with. And the insight we gain is applicable to all relations around, not specified to one kind and thus can improve many relations .

The Rahao Youth Session helped in realizing that it’s important for teenagers to track their emotions and not let the excess of emotions harm us. It is also important for us to establish a healthy relationship and also never compromise in a relationship. We should never hesitate and straight away ask for our respect, personal space. But if the respect doesn’t come from their heart by default, then it will not be a healthy relationship. Also, we should take decisions by examining the pros and cons, effects, and career.
